I forgot paperwork I overslept on my pickup and they never got mad. They where great about the entire experience and if I ever need to get rid of another junk car I'll be calling JCB again!

The gentleman that towed my car today was an angel. After immediately losing the $ (thanks, ADHD) he stayed to help me find it and was so incredibly reassuring while I ran around like a headless chicken. Junk Car Boys in Baltimore was AWESOME!! It was so easy to contact them, give them my info and coordinate with the staff to have my car picked up AND earn cash in the process, which was so helpful ! I cannot thank them enough and the guy who came to pick up my car was SO SO nice and helpful. He gave me plenty of time to get all my belongings out of my car, and he even gave me great advice for turning in my tags before cancelling insurance, which I wouldn't have known!! Definitely will be using them again if I ever have to junk a car in the future. I got money for something that I thought I would have to pay to junk!
